4-Color Process

We're uniquely capable of designing and printing up to 6 colors, including high impact 4-color process on our plastic bags. Minimums and plate charges are generally higher.

Step and Repeat Design

The UF Line can create various step and repeat designs of your logo and taglines to add impact to your trade show bag.

Halftone Reproduction

When 4-color reproduction is not feasible due to quantity or cost constraints, consider halftone reproduction.

Background Tint/Non Bleed

Create the look of a different color bag by printing a full "tintÓ of color.

Double Wall White/Non Bleed

On a double wall white bag, the white color is simply a "knock-outÓ of the bag color and does not count as an imprint color.

Double Wall Black/Non Bleed

On a double wall black bag, a full "tintÓ of both white and black are required, even if white is not an intended imprint color.

Full Edge-to-Edge Bleed

Using special heat-sealable Thermoflex® inks, we can "bleedÓ the imprint to the edge of the bag. Higher prices and quantity minimums apply. Call for details.
